The arrangement between MDP and a college for the provsion of a top-up degree has been reviewed and approved by the UKBA.
In the words of the UKBA (dated 1 July 2010):
“... there is nothing in our guidance which prevents this sort of arrangement. The course in itself must be at the appropriate level for Tier 4 and must lead to an ‘approved’ qualification as seen within our guidance. Providing this is met, the sponsor would be justified in then issuing a CAS for this type of course.”
